Academics

One campus. Four diplomas. Every learner.

Families choose a French-based or English-based track, and every student studies English and French. The route can change as your child does — without changing schools.

  • Kindergarten

    Preschool

Play-based foundations in Arabic, English and French, with warm routines that help young learners feel safe, curious and ready.

  • Grades 1–7

    Elementary and Middle

Strong literacy and numeracy, plus Practical Investigation labs from Grade 3 so children work as scientists, not spectators.

  • Grades 8–12

    Secondary School

Subject specialisation, university guidance and four diploma routes — chosen with an advisor, not by accident.

  • Grades 11–12

    IB Diploma Programme

An authorised IB World School, with Creativity–Activity–Service, the Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge.

  • National routes

    Lebanese and French Bac

Official national pathways alongside the High School Diploma, so families keep their options open at home and abroad.

  • Across the school

    STEAM and Robotics

Robotics and programming with Arduino, Scratch and 3D printing — plus data analysis for secondary students.

International Baccalaureate

An IB World School since 2016.

Greenfield College has been authorised to offer the IB Diploma Programme since 24 February 2016. Our students graduate able to research independently, argue in more than one language, and give their time back to the community through CAS.

  • Extended Essay & independent research
  • Theory of Knowledge
  • Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS)
  • University guidance and applications

Why Greenfield

A school that knows your child by name.

Greenfield is large enough to offer four diplomas and small enough that a teacher notices when something is off. That balance is the whole point.

“Greenfield College aims to foster an environment that nurtures a globalized, dynamic and reflective learner.”
Our vision
  • 01

    Dedicated educators

Teachers trained across IB, Lebanese and French frameworks who plan together, so a student moving between tracks is never starting over.

  • 02

    A first-rate curriculum

Integrated mathematics and sciences with hands-on investigation, social studies with real fieldwork, and languages taught for expression, not recitation.

  • 03

    Life beyond the timetable

Chess, debate, environmental science, music, graphic design and the visual and performing arts — chosen by students, supported by staff.

  • 04

    Service that counts

Through CAS, students design and run projects that leave the campus and reach the neighbourhood around it.

  • 05

    Care and safeguarding first

Documented consent for any child media, private conversations with caregivers, and wellbeing check-ins at 30 and 90 days for every new family.

  • 06

    Recognition and partnerships

An authorised IB World School with an active partnership and accreditation programme, and alumni who stay part of the community.

STEAM

STEAM is not a club here. It is a habit.

From Grade 3, students spend real hours in Practical Investigation labs. In secondary, that becomes robotics, programming, certification and data analysis.

  • Robotics
  • Arduino
  • Scratch
  • 3D printing
  • Microsoft-affiliated curriculum
  • SPSS data analysis
  • Computer science
  • Graphic design

Learning continuity & transfer

  • Level assessment and catch-up plan
  • Documented exceptions for missing records
  • Temporary, semester or full-year options
  • Language support in Arabic, English and French
  • 30- and 90-day wellbeing check-ins
